Hey there! I’m Nicole, but you can also call me Nikki. I am a 37-year-old with a passion for life and for exploring the world. I love traveling, whether it’s to far-off destinations or nearby gems—there’s always something new to discover. So far, I’ve visited 19 countries, including every one in Central America, and have organized trips to many more. Nature, art, the outdoors, and good eats are things I aim to experience in every destination, and the more I can squeeze in, the better!

We all know that you can find just about anything online. There’s a misconception that travel agents are a thing of the past, or that they’re only for people who can’t work a computer. While it’s true you can book a lot for yourself, managing the logistics can be a hassle, and worrying about the details can put a damper on what should be a relaxing vacation.

When you choose Klein Travel, you don’t pay me directly. In fact, I can often plan your trip for the same price—or even less—than if you were to do it on your own. My commission comes from the partners travel agents work with, and is already included in the cost of your trip, whether you use an advisor or not.

As your travel advisor, I take care of the details, cutting through the noise to make your trip feel like luxury. From start to finish, I will learn what you're looking for and tailor every trip to make it your dream vacation.

As your travel advisor, I will be the expert on wherever you decide to visit, cut down on the research you need to do, and use my knowledge to give you what you want. It brings me great joy to do a job well, and for that good work to have the result of someone having a joyous experience is even better. I also have multiple certifications to demonstrate my expertise in the travel industry. I currently hold certifications as an Aruba Certified Expert in both travel and Romance, a Belize Specialist, a Costa Rica Destination Specialist, and a Specialist with Visit Panama, hold certifications with several travel suppliers, and more.

Before I help you out, you have to help me out. Use the “submit an inquiry” form to tell me what you are looking for, the more detail you provide, the better of a picture you paint about what the expectations are. Once you submit that inquiry form, please allow 48-72 hours for me to digest what you need and come up with a plan. During that time, I will put together a few trip options to present to you, and will reach out with them via your preferred contact method. Keep in mind, these proposals are a rough draft! It’s OK if they are not exactly what you need. Once you receive your proposals and take time to consider them, you can contact me back with revision suggestions, questions, add-ins, or other requests. I will collaborate with you until your dream itinerary is in your hands, at which point we will start the booking process. The booking process depends on what type of trip you wind up taking, and things such as deposits and payment deadlines will be outlined.
